Six Reason's WHY
You Should Become a squire
1. You can be an active member of an international
youth organization with more than 25,000 Squires in more than 1,000 local
units (circles) located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the
Philippines, Central America and the Caribbean.
2. You'll have opportunities to help those in need in your community and to
be involved in charitable and fraternal activities to benefit individuals,
the Knights of Columbus and the Church.
3. Your participation in circle activities - athletic, recreational,
community, social, Family, fraternal, service and spiritual will give you
opportunities to develop and enhance your leadership abilities.
4. You will belong to an organization that shares your religious beliefs,
enables you to work within a group, and offers the opportunity to develop
friendships for years to come.
5. You wilt have the opportunity to meet new people, do new things, travel,
plan and carry out activities and generally have fun while developing the
skills and attitudes of leadership.
6. As a member of the official youth organization of the Knights of
Columbus, you will share in the pride all Squires feel in knowing their
Order is second to none in support of our priests, bishops and the pope and
in supporting Catholic values promoting the family and the protection of the
life of every person.
